We can destroy virtually any type of product. Our specialty is handling proprietary, branded, recalled, obsolete, defective, or sensitive products that should not fall into the wrong hands or be improperly used.

Security is our highest priority. Products are secured from the moment they are picked up by our trained personnel. Materials remain secure during transportation and are stored in our fully secured facility with 24/7 surveillance until destruction is completed. Following destruction, materials remain secured until they are recycled or properly disposed of.

Our personnel undergo extensive background screening, including State Police and FBI background checks, to ensure the highest level of trust and accountability.

Absolutely. We work closely with each client to provide the documentation they need, including Certificates of Destruction, photographs, timestamps, and additional records when requested.
08 ‣ Do you offer on-site and off-site destruction services?
Yes. We offer both on-site and off-site destruction options. Off-site destruction is often the most cost-effective solution because it allows us to process a wider variety of products using specialized equipment within our secure facility.
09 ‣ Do you provide pickup services?
Yes. We operate our own fleet and can handle pickups ranging from small loads to full trailer quantities.You may see vehicles from either Resolute or our sister company, West Michigan Shredding, depending on the service being provided. Our fleet includes box trucks, enclosed trailers, and semi-trucks to accommodate projects of any size.
10 ‣ Can we schedule recurring destruction services?
Absolutely. Many of our clients utilize ongoing destruction programs. We can provide secure collection containers ranging from 96-gallon totes to full semi-trailers that can remain on-site until they are ready for pickup and destruction.
11 ‣ Is there a minimum or maximum quantity requirement?
No. We can accommodate projects of all sizes, from a small quantity of products to large-scale destruction programs.
12 ‣ Is there a distance you won't travel for pickups?
While we primarily serve the Midwest, we are always willing to discuss projects outside our standard service area and help wherever possible.
13 ‣ Are there restrictions on what can be destroyed?
We have yet to find a product we cannot destroy. If you have questions about a specific item or material, contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

Yes. We pride ourselves on responsive communication, flexible scheduling, and streamlined processes that allow us to react quickly when clients need immediate assistance.

Whenever possible, recycling is our preferred option. We actively seek recycling solutions for every product we process. If recycling is not available, we explore waste-to-energy options before considering landfill disposal.
16 ‣ How much of the material you destroy is recycled?
As much as possible. We make every effort to find responsible recycling solutions for the materials we process, even when doing so requires additional time or expense.
